Returns & Exchanges

At Mr. Peanut's Pet Carriers, we want you and your furry companion to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new carrier isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unused item within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unused carrier in its original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and any included fleece pads or accessories are inside.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return box.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
